1. Statements

The Customer declares that he/she has filled in the data collection form completely and truthfully and assumes all liability in the event of any false statements or incomplete or incorrect data.

The hotelier is entirely responsible for the validity and constant updating of the data and information contained on this website, with particular reference to prices and services.

2. Accommodation contract

Following the reservation, the accommodation contract is immediately established between the person making the reservation and the hotel. All rights and obligations arising from the accommodation contract exist directly and exclusively between the person making the reservation and the hotel. The e-mail message received from the person making the reservation shall serve as confirmation of the room reservation and must be presented upon arrival at the hotel as a voucher, which is valid for the recognition of his/her rights.

Following confirmation of the booking, either a deposit or the total balance will be requested, depending on the rate applied.

Standard Rate:

Deposit of 30% for stays up to 3 nights

or

Deposit of 50% for stays over 3 nights

Balance on arrival

Tariff Offer Prepaid Non-Refundable:

Payment of 100% of the stay amount upon booking

The deposit for the Standard Rate or payment of 100% of the amount of the stay for the Non-Refundable Prepaid Offer Rate may be paid by Bank Transfer using the following coordinates:

Please indicate in the reason for payment: the client's surname and the dates of the stay.

Or by credit card, which must be communicated at the time of confirmation.

The amount paid for the Non-Refundable Prepaid Offer Tariff will not be refundable under any circumstances and the full amount may be charged at any time after booking.

Deposits or balances can only be paid by bank transfer for bookings made up to 10 days prior to arrival.

After this deadline, the method of payment shall be by credit card only.

A copy of the deposit or balance payment must be sent by email to the following address: booking@tekuboutiquehotel.com no later than 3 days after confirmation of the reservation. Failure to receive the deposit or balance within these terms will result in the reservation being considered null and void and the room will be put back on sale.

If a credit card is required as a guarantee, Teku Hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card prior to the guest's arrival by requesting a pre-authorisation from the credit card company. With the pre-authorisation, the hotel guarantees the temporary availability of the total amount of the stay, or part thereof, to ensure that the credit card is valid.

NO AMOUNT IS CASHED. The pre-authorisation automatically expires 20 days after the requested date and the amount is released. In the event of a negative pre-authorisation, the customer will be notified and the reservation will be cancelled. In this case, the hotel will have no obligation to the customer.

The deposit, as stipulated in Article 1385 of the Civil Code, will not be returned in the event of cancellation or no-show.

The balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival at check-in in cash, credit/debit card or bank draft payable to: Pick Srl.

No cheques will be accepted under any circumstances.

The deposit and/or balance are paid after having read, understood and accepted all the clauses of this contract, and especially the cancellation conditions set out below.

3. Check in - Checkout

Unless otherwise agreed, the room will be available to the Customer from 3 p.m. If possible and available, the room may be delivered with great pleasure even before that time. The Customer may, however, arrive at the Hotel at the time he or she prefers and, while waiting for the room to be delivered, may immediately use all the Hotel's facilities such as the car park, TV room and indoor garden.

The customer must arrive at the hotel no later than 8 p.m. on the date indicated as arrival time in the booking. Any arrival later than the aforementioned time must be immediately communicated to the hotelier, who, in default, may dispose of the room already booked.

On the date of departure, the room must be vacated by 10 a.m. This time is also stated in the hotel regulations.

Any extras must be paid for before departure.

4. Penalties in the event of cancellation or early departure

Any cancellation of a reservation must be communicated in writing.

The hotelier is entitled to retain the amount paid as a deposit by way of compensation in the event of cancellation of the reservation by the customer.

In the event that rates are applied where a deposit is not required but a credit card is required to guarantee the reservation, the following penalties will apply:

  • cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will not be charged;
  • cancellations made from the 6th day until the day of arrival will be charged to the card provided as guarantee:
  • for stays of up to 3 nights the cost of the first night per room booked;
  • for stays longer than 3 nights the 50% of the total cost of the stay;
  • In the event of a No Show, the cost of the entire stay will be charged.
  • Standard Rate (Flexible 3 days) The customer may cancel free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 3 days prior to arrival are charged 50% of the entire stay.
  • Tariff Offer Prepaid Non-Refundable. In the event of a cancellation, change or no-show, the full amount charged shall under no circumstances be refunded. In the event of early departure, the hotelier is entitled to demand payment for the entire booked period with billing for the nights until the end of the booking.

5. Change of reservation

In order to change dates or other details of the reservation, the Client shall contact the Proprietor in good time so as not to incur the penalties set out in Article 4.

To the customer who has taken advantage of the discount relating to the promotion 'Special Low Season Discount', valid from 01/04 to 30/04 and from 01/09 to 30/10 in the event of a change in the booking, taking into account the conditions and exclusions thereof:

  • within its period of validity, the same percentage discount will be maintained;
  • updated promotion, the discount for the new promotion will be applied;
  • once the promotion has expired, the normal tariff will apply and you will lose any tariff advantage linked to the offer.

That said, a customised solution will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, directly with the customer and with the utmost willingness, in search of an agreement that leads to mutual satisfaction.

6. Obligations of the hotelier

In the event that the room booked by the customer is no longer available for a reason dependent on the hotelier, the latter shall provide equivalent or superior accommodation.

7. Force majeure

The management accepts no liability for disruptions due to lack of supply, accidental equipment failure or other force majeure. No liability is accepted for damage caused by other guests, atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, disease and theft.

8. Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to this contract shall be settled by the Court of Cagliari.

9. Privacy policy

Mandatory information pursuant to Italian Law 675/96, Article 10, on privacy.

The customer explicitly consents to the processing, by electronic means, of the personal data provided, for the sole purpose of managing the existing contractual relationship between the parties. The customer is aware that consent to the acquisition of such data, although optional, is a necessary condition for the conclusion of the booking, without which it will not be possible to access the next stage of the booking process.

The customer may at any time have access to his or her personal data and change it by making a written request to the hotel.

10. Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions

By completing the online reservation, the customer approves and accepts the general contractual reservation terms and conditions set out and governed herein and in particular Articles 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9.
